Lee Harper is an award winning picture book author/illustrator most known for his whimsical illustrations for the best-selling Turkey Trouble series and the Woolbur books. New in 2019 is Turkey’s Eggcellent Easter, the fourth book of the Turkey Trouble series. Lee has also written several picture books including The Emperor’s Cool Clothes, Coyote, and Snow! Snow! Snow!

Children's book author Kelly Starling Lyons is a Pittsburgh native whose titles include CCBC Choices-honored picture book, One Million Men and Me; Ellen’s Broom, a Coretta Scott King Illustrator Honor Book and Junior Library Guild selection; Tea Cakes for Tosh and Hope’s Gift, Notable Social Studies Trade Books for Young People and One More Dino on the Floor, a Scholastic Reading Club pick. Her Jada Jones chapter book series debuted last year and won praise for its celebration of character, friendship and STEAM connections. The newest title is Jada Jones: Sleepover Scientist.
